CASE STUDY: New York Life Insurance Company

OVERVIEW
From 2019 to 2024, JOCMedia supported New York Life’s African American Market Unit and Multicultural Marketing teams, and from 2021 to the present has continued to support Agency DEI. Across these units, JOCMedia provided high-impact creative production, messaging development, and fast-turnaround content to extend the capabilities of NYL’s internal marketing and creative departments.
 
CHALLENGE
NYL’s multicultural business units required a unified creative partner capable of producing consistent, culturally aligned content with tight timelines while supporting multiple internal and public-facing initiatives across the company.
