WHO WE ARE
Meet the CEO
Justin O. Cooper is the visionary behind JOCMedia + Entertainment, a globally focused Los Angeles-based marcom and film & TV production company. As a multi-hyphenate producer, writer, editor, and emerging director, he brings his journalistic roots and passion for human interest stories to diverse audiovisual projects, from development through post-production.
Cooper's strategic contributions included marketing the Kingdom of Jordan to Hollywood and supporting high-profile international productions for Disney, Universal Pictures, Paramount+, and others. He is an established and sought-after film consultant for global film incentives and production service resources. Moreover, his diverse talents extend into music entertainment, as highlighted by his ASCAP Plus Award-winning songwriting collaborations with Grammy-winning artists Tom Scott and Ann Nesby.
He graduated with honors from Benedict College and UCLA with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Certifications in Film & TV Development Certification and Film Editing. He is a member of Film Independent and listed on the IATSE MPEG Local 700 Industry Experience Roster under the designation of Assistant Editor. Cooper is also a member of the Sons of Legion, American Legion Hollywood Post 43.
